WHAT IS THIS BLOG ABOUT? INTRODUCTION

Spain is famous for its healthy food and its mediterranean way of cooking. However, we don't always eat as we should and our children and teenagers are the image of the nutritional reality of our world.
What do children have at the break? Lots of processed food, sweets, sugary juice and almost any fruit.
Obesity (and related problems) is a real problem that we have to bear in mind together with the lack of physical activity and the abuse in the use of social networks.

With this blog, students from 2nd year (classes B and C) want to raise awareness about the importance of having a balanced, healthy and varied diet in order to grow up healthy, mentally and physically. What we do now will be reflected in our future.
